The rooms are all comfortable, welcoming and attractively furnished and equipped with TV, selected DSTV channels, radio and a direct-dial telephone. If you need a little refreshment, a welcome tray with biscuits and the facility to make your own tea and coffee is supplied.

The Protea Hotel Breakwater Lodge is closely linked with the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business and is able to offer first class conference and function facilities for up to 220 delegates at highly competitive rates.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• 03 – 01 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee will be charged
• No shows will be charged 80% of the full value of the accommodation booked
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.
