On ground level, you will find a luxurious bathroom clad from top to toe in travertine tiles and dark wood, separate shower cubicle, large bath and plenty of soft towels, a place to truly relax after a hard day!

Kitchen
Following through, there is a large, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, furnished with all necessary cooking utensils, large fridge freezer, cooker, and microwave.

Lounge
The spacious lounge area houses a fantastic modern entertainment system with integrated surround sound Flat screen TV&DSTV, HIFI, DVD and USB point for MP3/IPOD player. Doors lead out to a good sized balcony where you can enjoy the terrific views, people watch, or simply relax with a cocktail in the late afternoon sun.

Bedroom
Stairs lead to a large mezzanine bedroom, carpeted with built in wardrobes and work desk. A King Size, orthopedic bed dressed in 200 thread count soft sheets, assures you of a good nights sleep!

Facilities
If you need cooling off after a hard days shopping, take the weight out of your day relaxing in the communal swimming pool with sundeck and Braai area.

24 hour security, access via reception and electronic remote to parking bay. Safe in room.

Housekeeping
Full cleaning service and linen change once a week. Linen and towels provided. Additional servicing available upon request

Payment:
50% deposit is required on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
For booking made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellation:
• Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays no cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room.
• We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.
Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
