CHILD POLICY
Children up to the age of 18 years stay free of charge when sharing the room with their parents,
subject to the following conditions:
One parent one child in one room- single room rate applies
Two parents and one child in one room- double room rate applies
Two parents and two children in two separate rooms - two rooms each at single
room rates apply
Breakfast:
Children up to the age of 3 years - no charge for breakfast
Children from the age of 4 to 12 years - 50% of the normal breakfast rate
Children 13 and older - the full normal breakfast rate

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
To secure your booking, unless otherwise stated by our reservations, we require full payment 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation.
Any cancellation of a room/s made 48 hours prior to the Arrival Date will
not be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.
Any cancellation of a room/s made less than 48 hours prior to the Arrival Date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the rate for one night's accommodation.
