Our casual in house bistro serves light mediterranean style meals from lunch to dinner time - in the stylish dining room or (weather permitting) in the Tea Garden.

Knysna lies on the N2 between Cape Town (500km) and Port Elizabeth (260km). Bus companies offer daily services to the Garden Route from both these cities and car hire services are readily available.

Access via the airports at George and Plettenberg Bay offer a range of flight options.
Falcons View Manor is situated above the N2.

Every room in the Manor is completely different, creating an individualistic energy with an artistic feel. The rooms each have a specific charm and were decorated accordingly.
Combined with elegant and luxurious decor are everyday mod-cons, including Digital Satellite TV, mini safes, tea and coffee stations and hair dryers in the bathrooms.

Manor Single
Located on the first floor, these rooms are approximately 28 square metres with a queen size bed, with lovely forest or garden views. The smaller, but well appointed bathrooms feature showers only and are non smoking rooms.

Manor Superior
Located on the first floor, these non-smoking rooms average 35 square metres in size. These rooms either have a view over the lagoon or the garden. The bathrooms are luxurious with a choice of amenities - double shower or a bath and shower.

Garden Superior
These 45 square metre rooms are set in the magnificent gardens at Falcons View Manor. The design style has a distinctly African feel, with all three suites being identical, while each has its own private terrace, air-conditioning, a minibar and private access. The bathrooms are fitted with both a shower and bath (no bidet). Smoking on the terrace only.

CHILDRENS POLICY
• Maximum 2 persons per room. We cannot put extra beds into the rooms for children.
• Kids over 12years are welcome and are charged as adults

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• Cancellations/Amendments must be requested in writing
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date 50% of the deposit would be forfeited.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival the full deposit would be forfeited.
• Early departure or No-show 100% of the reserved value will be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to amend cancellation terms for large group bookingsceived after the card has been charged.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.
