The following cancellation fees will apply:
30 – 21 days prior to arrival : 10%
20 – 14 days prior to arrival : 20%
13 – 8 days prior to arrival : 50%
7 days and less : 100%

Payment Policy
All reservations are to be paid in full as per the Reservation Confirmation;
All major credit cards are accepted;
Should payment be made via electronic transfer or directly into the banking account,
proof of payment must be forwarded to Cybercapetown.

Children Policy
Children aged 3 years and younger are accommodated free of charge.
Children aged between 3 – 11 years sharing a room with parents pay 50% of the per
person sharing rate;
Children aged 12 years and older will pay the normal rates.
