The lodge sleeps six adults and four children and offers the services of a personal manager, ranger, butler, nanny, chef and other staff all available twenty four hours a day to fulfill the guests every need.

Access
Federal Air operates a daily flight from Johannesburg International Airport to Madikwe Airstrip, departing at 11H15 and returning at 12H30. Private air charters fly directly to Madikwe airstrip, 25 minutes from the lodge. Morukuru Lodge is easily accessible by two-wheel drive vehicle on good roads. The driving time from Johannesburg is 3.5 hours on good roads. Chauffeured transfers are also available.

The three bed rooms in this luxury bush villa, all with en-suite bathrooms connect into the central living area under one continuous roof.
The lodge offers the perfect setting for guests to enjoy alfresco dining on the wooden decks shaded by the impressive Tamboti trees overlooking the pool area and the riverbed beyond that, where animals converge to escape the heat of the day and quench their thirst.
In the evening enjoy traditional African dinners around an open fire in a secluded “boma” under the stars. Morukuru Lodge is available for the exclusive use by 6 adults, 4 children and is perfect for families, friends and small groups.

Between game drives you and your guests or family can recline at the rim flow pool, sip an ice-cold drink and take in the scenery that surrounds the lodge. Take a siesta or just unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the bush .As Morukuru is situated on private property in the park visits to our hide and Lookout (ready end 2006) are a must.

All villa combinations are allowed.
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required for reservations during Christmas/New Year

Rates are based on ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE
Extra charge for early check in or late check out: 50% of the applicable nightly accommodation rate
Infants from 0 till 2 are free of charge

Rates include : private and exclusive use of the villa, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks/refreshments, non-alcoholic drinks,
house wines, local spirits, private butler, private chef, personal nanny, your own ranger & tracker, own game vehicle, private game
drives & bush walks, sun downers, bush breakfasts & bush dinners, hide stays, transport within the Madikwe Game Reserve,entrance fee/reserve gate fee, return transfer to Morukuru from the Madikwe Air Strip or Madikwe Entrance Gate, medical emergency response & evacuation, laundry service, VAT/taxes.

Deposits
A deposit of 10% will secure your reservation. We kindly request you to pay this deposit after the booking is confirmed. Please pay the full balance of
accommodation 60 days prior to date of guests’ arrival.
For bookings made less than 60 days prior to stay full payment must be received immediately.
We reserve the right to automatically release reservations being held for which deposit payment has not been received. After your booking has been confirmed,
any amendments will be done subject to availability. A fee will be charged for amendments at our discretion.

Arrival and Departure
Guests may arrive any time from 13:00 pm, and the lodges are to be vacated by 11:00 am.
Please note that late departure times may be arranged, subject to availability.
Arrival and departure times and method of transport must please be advised prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled after confirmation, a 10% deposit will be forfeited.
In addition, the following fees will be levied:
- 60 days before arrival – 50% of full amount
- 30 days before arrival – 100% of full amount
- Refunds where agreed, are subject to administration fees.

Child policy
Morukuru accepts children of all ages and permits junior guests to participate in game drives no matter their age.
