Island
These rooms are located on a secluded and lushly landscaped island surrounded by a waterway, and each feature a private balcony or terrace and waterway views. There are 26 Island Superior King rooms and 6 Island Superior Double Queens, all of which are 73m².

• In order to secure a reservation, full payment is required 40 days prior to arrival.
• For bookings made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy

CANCELLATION POLICY (refunds where agreed are subject to a 10% administration fee)
High Season
21 - 15 days prior to arrival: a cancellation charge amounting to one night's stay will apply.
14 - 8 days prior to arrival: a cancellation charge amounting to two night's stay will apply.
7 - no show: a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of total accommodation booked will apply.

Low Season
7 - no show: a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of total accommodation booked will apply.

Festive Season
45 days prior to arrival, cancellation penalty charge amounting to 100% of total accommodation booked will apply

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS / BLOCK OUT DATES
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible. Minimum Stay Requirements will apply over certain weekends, holidays and seasons. Please enquire with our consultants.
