PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY (excluding festive season)
- Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation

Cancellations made:
• 7 – 14 days prior to arrival, 40% of the value of the room/s booked will be charged as a cancellation fee
• 3 – 2 days prior to arrival, 65% of the value of the room/s booked will be charged as a cancellation fee
• Less than 24hours prior to arrival, 100% of the value of the room/s booked will be charged as a cancellation fee
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.
