The dramatic "drawbridge" entrance leads from the peaceful front courtyard over a Koi pond into the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas on the middle level. There are many different living spaces to relax and enjoy the property, inside and out, including the wrap around terrace on the middle level.
The entire lower level comprises a further entertainment lounge with surround sound system, second kitchen and sliding doors out onto the large pool deck and landscaped terraced garden below. All three bedrooms on the upper level enjoy stunning views with the fourth located separately on the lower level.
