• Take the R44 turnoff in the direction of Stellenbosch.
• Follow the road for approximately 14 km until you get to the set of traffic lights with the Stellenbosch Square Mall on your right hand side and the De Zalze Estate on your right.
• Continue to the next set of Traffic lights for the Technopark turn off on the left
• Continue 1Km up the road. Protea Hotel Stellenbosch is situated on top of the hill.

Protea Hotel Stellenbosch has the following room configuration:

• 4 Executive Rooms
• 88 Deluxe Rooms
• 88 Standard Rooms

Executive Rooms has a spectacular view over the mountains and vineyards. These rooms consist of an extra length king size bed and lounge area with a full en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Fitted with a plasma screen television, DVD player and mini kitchenette, this room comes with a complimentary bottle of selected Blaauwklippen Red wine. Furthermore, enjoy fresh roasted coffee from your own Uno Pod coffee machine.
Deluxe Rooms consist of a double bedroom with extra length king size bed, television and DVD player. Enjoy a separate lounge area with flat screen TV and mini-kitchenette, as well as an en-suite bathroom including separate shower. King-size beds can also be converted to 2 single beds and the lounge of the Deluxe Rooms easily accommodates a third person sharing. Selected rooms have sleeper couches on request.

68 Standard Twin rooms consist of 2 extra length twin beds (¾ beds) with en-suite shower only.
20 Standard King rooms have extra length king-size beds are on request and can also be converted to 2 single beds.
Both the Deluxe and Standard rooms combine to form 88 family units, ideal for families of 4 – 6 people.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
• We have the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in the case of large groups, long stays, peak periods or high occupancy
• Cancellation Charges
• 03 – 01 days prior to arrival, a 65% cancellation fee will be charged
• No shows will be charged 80% of the full value of the accommodation booked
• In the event of a refund, a 10% administration fee will be retained for cancellations received after the card has been charged.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING DURING MAJOR EVENTS
During major events, conferences or sporting events (periods where demand for accommodation is high), we may not be in position to offer the rates as advertised on this website but we will offer our clients the best available rate possible.
