The master bedroom on the second floor has a spacious en suite that comes complete with a luxurious corner spa bath and shower. A separate dressing and vanity area is situated between the bathroom and bedroom. The room also boasts a private balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding scenery. The second upstairs bedroom is best suited to children with a double bunk bed.

Downstairs bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans or air conditioning or both, and all five bedrooms have built-in cupboards. Each one has a balcony that gives a magnificent view of the ocean, and two have a separate shower and toilet. The property is protected by an alarm system and a safety gate at the front door.
It has a garage and an exercise room for those who wish to keep up their fitness routine, complete with bodybuilding equipment, a stepper and exercise bike. The big, ultra-modern kitchen leads into the dining room for easy entertainment access, and is fully-equipped with all the mod-cons.
