Soak up the sun on the sun lounges or sip a cocktail on the sunset viewing deck upstairs. There is an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped.
There is a satellite television in the lounge and main bedroom. The apartment is a convenient lock up and go and serviced week days. You can walk to restaurants, chemist and grocer from the apartment. Central Beach is great for bathing and swimming. The whale watching boats launch from Central Beach. Sea kayaking from Central Beach is also very popular. Walk across the footbridge to the Beacon Island Hotel and Robberg Beach.

Upon confirmation of booking a 10% non-refundable deposit will be payable within 72hr of receipt
of confirmation. Failure to adhere to the deposit / payment schedule, will result in your booking
being cancelled.
Full pre-payment of total services booked is required 40 days prior to the arrival
date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and/or amendments will attract the following charges:

100% if booking cancelled 0 to 7 days prior to arrival date.
75% if booking cancelled 8 to 14 days prior to arrival date.
50% if booking cancelled 15 to 21 days prior to arrival date.
25% if booking cancelled 22 to 31 days prior to arrival date.
Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
