PEAK PERIOD SUPPLEMENTS
Tinga managed by Lion Sands reserves the right to implement a peak period supplement and minimum three night stay conditions over high demand periods. The high demand period is deemed to be from 23 December – 3 January.

CHILDRENS POLICY
Tinga Legends Lodge
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 7 years.
A child aged 7 - 11 years sharing a room at Tinga Legends Lodge with two full paying adults, will pay 50 % of the per person sharing rate. Children aged 7 - 11 in their own room will pay the standard adult rates. Children 12 years and older pay the standard adult rate in their own room at Tinga Legends Lodge.

Tinga Narina Lodge
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16 years.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
• 50% deposit is required on confirmation
• Balance is due 40 days prior to arrival
• For reservations made within 40 days of arrival, full payment is required on confirmation of the reservation
• Cancellation Charges (Please note that cancellation fees are charged on any amendments, reduction in rooms or reduction in guests which affect the original value of the confirmed booking)
31 – 60 days prior to arrival: 25 % cancellation fee on the value of the booking
0 – 30 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee on the value of the booking
No shows will be charged the full value of the accommodation booked
Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
