Payment
Full prepayment is required 40 days prior to the confirmed arrival date. For bookings made within 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation of the booking.
Full Prepayment is required three months prior to the confirmed arrival date for Peak Season (15 December to 15 January)

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation within 30 - 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing.
Any refunds processed for will be subjected to a 10% administration Fee
